This was a wonderful purchase that brought so much joy to our daughter pre-teen. the wood is lovely; the compact case and the integrated kickstand is a godsend. the overall collection isn't overly simplistic or sophisticated. It makes a wonderful gift for any lover of art. I highly recommend it!
